Meet the Owners

Jared Spicer

Jared Spicer is a Licensed Construction Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in both the Residential and Commercial Construction industries. During his career, he has worked as a Carpenter, Project Manager, and Project Consultant. Jared’s first-hand knowledge of planning, building, and managing both interior and exterior construction projects provides a unique skill set in the industry. His knowledge and experience, enables Absolute Construction Group LLC to be a true one-stop-shop for Massachusetts homeowners and Property Managers. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your homes aging exterior, remodel your outdated kitchen or bathroom, or expand your homes footprint with a custom addition, Jared and the rest of our team are here to help you plan your Home Improvement project with Absolute confidence.

Greg Bailey

Greg Bailey has been deeply involved in the residential industry for over 30 years. He started as a Massachusetts Licensed Realtor and Appraiser before moving over to the construction side of the Real Estate industry. Greg has worked for several large home improvement companies as a Project Design Specialist and as a manager, responsible for overseeing sales, growth, and development. Greg has recognized many areas where other construction companies fall far short of fulfilling their promises to their customers and decided to start a company that lives up those promises. Absolute Construction Group LLC was created with many of these real-world experiences in mind. We believe that in order to be successful we need to keep our word, work hard for the people who place their trust in us, and follow through with integrity.
